Entry immigration form-tourist card- 1 per person

On your arrival to Mexico, you will be asked to fill out an Official Entry Immigration Form (FMM), which is provided by commercial airlines or at the Mexican airport of entry. You must keep this with you. DO NOT THROW IT OUT. You will need a portion of this form when you are departing Mexico.

Transfer to hotel:

The hotel is only 25 minutes away from the airport. If you booked your room through a travel consultant, please check details around your roundtrip transfers to and from the hotel. Ensure that you check in at the correct shuttle booth and that they have your name on their list. Arriving at the hotel before 3pm?

Haven provides courtesy change rooms to use if you arrive earlier than check in time. Pack a change of clothes/swimsuits, pool shoes, lotion etc. Head to the bar, for a drink or grab some lunch and enjoy some time at the pool/beach or explore the resort. The front desk will hold your luggage for you.
